✨ The Next Chapter: An Update from Lizzie ✨

When I founded the Exmouth Healing Centre, my vision was to create a sanctuary of wellness, connection, and deep healing for our beautiful community. Together, we built exactly that.

While the current economic climate means that the legal vehicle of Exmouth Healing Centre Ltd has officially closed its doors, the spirit, the vision, and the physical space we created together must live on.

To protect and support our incredible practitioners and the clients who have been our heartbeat, I have coordinated a seamless operational handover. The physical space will remain open, with Ruth and the property owners taking over direct management to ensure your upcoming bookings and treatments carry on without disruption.

Creating this centre has been the honor of a lifetime. Thank you for trusting me, supporting the vision, and making this space the legacy it is.

With endless love and gratitude, Lizzie 💛

Important Community Update

To our wonderful community, practitioners, and supporters. Following our recent update regarding the immediate closure and cessation of trading at Exmouth Healing Centre Ltd, we want to ensure that any items generously donated to the space find their way home.

If you have donated a sentimental item, books, furniture, instruments or a piece of decor to the centre and would like to arrange to collect it, please get in touch with us via Direct Message or email, [email protected] by Friday, 18 September.

To make this as easy as possible for everyone, we will compile a list of requests and coordinate a collection day at the premises with the keyholders on-site so you can safely retrieve your belongings.

Thank you all so much for the love, energy, and beautiful contributions you have brought to this space.

With love and gratitude,
Lizzie 💛

Wonderful smell from my rosemary after the rain in my garden yesterday.

I've been practicing my full shibashi set barefoot in the garden every day for over 2 months. Feeling so much better for it. Balance has improved greatly, energy better and digestion more settled.

Sessions of this gentle yet powerful practice resume at Exmouth Healing Centre from Monday 7th September. Get in touch to book your place. 07876 723844 😊🌊☯️
