I think we are just about recovered from last weekend and ready for the next round

This Saturday is a small event including planes and parking

Next weekend is a twin team supporting Cars & Cuppas 2.0 and FORCE Cancer Charity

That leads to another event supporting @ JPS event consultancy

—- July has lots happening with carnival season kicking off and august is festival season

Lots happening behind the scenes

has officially come to its end and wow what a weekend

We thank everyone who came to share the excitement with us but we obviously acknowledge and must say happy birthday to Rosie BoultDarren BoultPeter Boult whom if it wasn’t for your birth this tradition wouldn’t have started and been ongoing for the 24 years (how old are you 😂) - additional Abbie Saunders also now gets to celebrate her birthday in a field

Also a huge congratulations to 4 members whom achieved CSAS accredited traffic officer status
(Within our community we can now offer additional support)

The video and photo dumps will last a few day or weekend because this year was one of the best

It’s that time of year again

—— tomorrow will hear the hum of a genny , have the warmth of a open fire , the comfort of friends and family , the memories of loved ones and the taste of the bbq

2026 (and technically it is celebrating a birthday or 2 😂)

We are honoured to be able to team up with one of our partners and offer CSAS police accredited traffic officers and marshals in support for this fantastic event / charity on the 28th June …. …

It really is
- communities supporting communities
It’s those that can doing what they should

Mark Durk is taking on his first Nello ride this year, cycling 60 miles to support FORCE Cancer Charity.

After being diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019, Mark benefited from our health and wellbeing support, both before and after surgery. Now in remission, he wants to help ensure others affected by cancer can access the same free practical and emotional support.

A retired Forestry Commission worker who enjoys walking, gardening, photography and leisurely bike rides, Mark admits the Nello is further than he would usually cycle. But he’s embracing the challenge, proving that you don’t have to be a seasoned cyclist to take part and make a difference.

“FORCE and others have a key role to play in keeping us all sane, with some sense of control and meeting our emotional needs while the NHS does the clinical stuff,” says Mark.

Good luck Mark! You can support The Nello fundraising here: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/nello2026
