We are going to reshare this —- it is going to take a while to change mindsets of

- stay still , don’t move
- assume a spinal until told otherwise
- wait for help

Research is supporting that

- bystanders do help
-getting out of the vehicle will help
-and the spinal injuries factors into a very very small percentage cases

Get out , stay out is saving lives

Today is collaboration day with Unique Events SW CIC as they host the RUN Barnstaple marathon

Unique events have provided the TTRO for most road closures and the stop /go system that we have teams operating however by combining our Working relationship with Jps Event Consultancy we have been granted the use of CSAS police powers to close and enforce long bridge and where appropriate override the traffic light system
