It must be so cool going to all these festivals and events you must see some amazing things

Well we would call it amazing but it’s definitely not what you would

Today at Beautiful Days Festival the team have towed broken down vehicles into the festival, they have assisted in tasks you wouldn’t even consider possible /necessary or even be aware of & then they return back to being sat in a corner hidden away waiting for the next radio message / request

We love what we do but honestly can’t explain why

Today our event safety advisor (on loan ) was able to give the green light to the biggest mountain bike festival in the uk up at the The Malverns Classic

The roles of a safety advisor under the “purple guide “ involves a lot more then just asking for hi viz to be worn they are a critical element of the event working across all aspects from ensuring the right amount of toilets or correct amount of emergency exits too heading the Event liaison team made up of professionals such as fire managers , medical , security, event control , welfare, infrastructure, public safety, traffic , crowd control and many others

We are proud to have this skillset within our organisation

The team are wrapping up over at Lakefest Festival 2026

As our first year we can absolutely say it was fantastic

Tasks involved

- towing (broken vehicles , abandoned vehicles and trailers )
- jump starts and battery recharging
- vehicle repairs including an ambulance, a gater & a caravan
- transport on and off site including shop runs
- traffic control and a HARD stop HVM moment
- security assist , medical assist and welfare assistance
- infrastructure/build support including dismantling artwork

It’s been a fully packed 5 days onsite

Now a small break before a 10 person team heads to Beautiful Days Festival and our safety advisor heads to The Malverns Classic
