We are so lucky to have a beautiful little oasis in St Thomas, with a fantastic, safe, and inspiring garden, where we hope to grow vegetables for our café. There are also swings and climbing frames for children. Inside, we have two large rooms for hire for events and workshops for family-focused groups, baby groups, mindfulness and reflection activities, craft activities and more. Our main focuse
s are:
* groups which support a holistic parenting approach
* groups for babies, toddlers and children
* groups which support a connection with the self- tie out for mums, meditation, yoga etc.
* groups which support a connection with nature
* groups and activities which further craft skills, which we believe to be incredibly positive for mental health and wellbeing
We also have a family-focused café, with safe gentle play space for babies, toddlers and children (with breakout space available for babies if required). We are opening the café gradually over the forthcoming weeks, and will serve a range of organic, local, wholesome meals and snacks, as well as "naughtier" treats! In our café you will also find craft packs to make or take, aswell as our parent library. Our shop will sell a range of beautiful wooden and natural toys, holistic parenting items, slings, hand-crafted items and more. We also plan to have a sling library, cloth nappy trial kit hire service, food delivery service and more! We have space available for hire for therapies, groups, events, parties etc. We will also be opening a holistic day nursery in the second building in September 2016.
