Regardless of right or wrong in the prescribing of high levels of HRT (including testosterone) for perimenopause/menopause, we cannot put all the blame solely at the feet of Dr Louise Newson.

This situation has come about purely because billions of desperate women have been seeking a solution to a health issue that has been under researched and under funded for decades upon decades. The global health service should be ashamed.

I have to say, serves the Best Sticky Toffee Pudding on planet Earth.
I'm gluten intolerant and this is not only worth the pain and discomfort but actually doesn't cause me much of that. I'm so grateful!
If you're in Exeter during the colder months you have to try it. I had mine with half a pint of Guinness, perfect for on my way home from work on a Saturday 🥞🥄👈👌
