Paul is a dedicated care professional with more than 18 years of experience in the care sector and has spent the last seven years at Boldmere Court, working as both a Trainer and Medication Technician. His passion for delivering exceptional dementia care, combined with his commitment to personal and professional development, makes him a truly deserving finalist.
Currently studying towards an Adult Nursing degree, Paul is a strong advocate for the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of people living with dementia. He is committed to ensuring every resident receives compassionate, person-centred care that respects their individuality and promotes the highest quality of life.
What Paul enjoys most about his role is making a meaningful difference to residents' lives and supporting their families through every stage of their journey. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication are evident in the relationships he builds and the positive impact he has on those around him.
