Job searching can wear away at your confidence — especially after a run of applications that haven't landed, or interviews that didn't go anywhere. It's easy to start telling yourself you'll apply again "once you feel a bit more confident." But for most people, that moment never quite arrives, and the waiting itself becomes the thing holding them back.

This is an interactive, one hour session exploring why confidence actually works the other way round: it comes from taking action, not waiting until you feel ready. You’ll identify what’s really been keeping you stuck, learn a simple technique for testing whether your doubts really do hold up, and leave with one small, doable step to take in the next week to help you move forward.
