Soroptimist International Global

Today is International Day of the Girl Child, and this year's theme is Educated Girls. Empowered Futures.

Here's how Soroptimist Clubs around the world are involved!

Education remains one of the most effective ways to break cycles of inequality. Across our five federations, Soroptimist Clubs are helping girls stay in school, gain skills for the future and find the confidence to lead.

Our showcase includes distance learning for girls in Afghanistan, a STEM programme for deaf girls in Trinidad and Tobago, vocational training in Uganda, and public speaking competitions in Austria and across South East Asia Pacific.
