On World Environment Day 2026, Soroptimist International is celebrating Women Leading Green Futures.

Across the Soroptimist network, Clubs are supporting women and girls to lead environmental action through education, sustainable livelihoods, biodiversity protection, tree planting, recycling, climate awareness and community-based projects.

These initiatives show that environmental action can begin locally while contributing to wider global change. When women lead on sustainability, communities become stronger, more resilient and more sustainable.

The SI Convention 2027 website is now live!

From 29 September to 01 October 2027, Soroptimists from across the world will gather at the Prague Congress Centre, Prague, for three days of shared learning, connection and action.

The new website introduces the Convention theme, programme areas, venue and early practical information, with further updates to follow as planning continues.

Soroptimists are also invited to pre-register their interest. Pre-registration means signing up to receive the latest updates on registration, the programme, speakers and practical arrangements as they become available.
