What would you like to see next year at the carnival? We have a few ideas but would like to hear what you want.
We are thinking, petting zoo, foam party for the children, wrestling matches, face painting, stilt walkers, circus acts... What else can we add?

Soham Carnival & Heavy Horse Show is a great, family day out, taking place annually on Soham Recreation ground. Having exciting performances, stalls, a fair, food, drink & music, this community event is always popular, & a fantastic, local charity fundraiser.

This year we added a category to the floats competition. We had best schools and best community.
For the schools 1st place went to The Shade Primary school and 2nd place went to The Weatheralls.
For the community 1st place went The Guides and 2nd place went to The Pumpkin Fair.
The overall winner went to the Shade. Their float was incredible and decorated within an inch of it's life! Worthy winners.
Thank you so much to everyone who entered. An amazing parade.
