'Surrey County Council, Surrey Prepared and Surrey Fire & Rescue (SFRS) have teamed up to create place‑based toolkits that can help you map current and future risks to your area, put emergency response plans in place, and learn how to play a role in mitigating future impacts.

4 main risks of flooding, wildfire, adverse weather and utilities outages stand to increase as climate change accelerates, creating threat to personal security, life and property across the county.

This event will launch the Resilience Toolkit, offering communities the chance to explore how to adapt to these challenges and how to mitigate the likelihood and frequency of incidents by contributing to tackling the root source of these impacts through reducing emissions and employing nature-based solutions....'
