NTS Members' Centres & Friends' Groups

National Trust for Scotland Members' Centres and Friends' Groups are local groups of like-minded people who come together to find out more about the Trust, with a varied programme of talks, outings, holidays and social events. Members’ Centres and Groups cover a geographical region, whereas Friends’ Groups are generally focused at one property. There are 30 Members' Centres and Friends' Groups: 28

throughout Scotland, 1 in Cambridge and 1 in London, and some have been supporting the Trust for more than 40 years. They provide a valuable financial and practical contribution, through fundraising, recruitment, property guiding and conservation at a local level. Most groups are individually registered charities, raising large sums of money to support the Trust. Properties rely on this support to help conserve their heritage and enhance the visitor experience for present and future generations. This page is for the benefit of all current centres and groups as an additional platform to advertise events and report on any interesting stories, as well a place for the Fundraising Team at the Trust's HQ in Edinburgh to share news and updates.
