Busy week last week, I attended training on trauma informed practice, getting a greater understanding of trauma and the different ways to support people who have experience trauma.

Then our sister circle on Sunday focused on forgiveness, and the freedom forgiving someone can bring. We are not condoning someone's behaviour, but we are deciding to no longer give attention to the feelings about the person/event.

The next circle is Sunday 26th April 15:00, hope see you there.

What a difference a bit of sunshine makes ☀️🌞
I've really been enjoying the change in the weather and even managed to sit on my bench in the back garden and could feel the heat of the sun. It's so much lighter at the beginning and end of the day.

Enjoy your Thursday.

Yesterday was a lovely sister circle, exploring the theme of Spring. Noticing the lengthening of the days, sharing lemon drizzle cake and each lady got to take some daffodils home, to bring a ray of sunshine into thier home.

Next month's circle is on Sunday 22nd March.

Wow, I'm blown away by the ladies who came along to my first Sister Circle, it was an honour to sit in circle with each and everyone of you. We meditated, learned about the Aquarius season and the impact of the moon.

Trusting people with our truth when some of us had just met, with joy, laughter and tears, accompanied by hot drinks and ginger loaf.

If you feel called to join the next circle, it's on Sunday 22nd February 15:00 - 17:00. Booking essential - [email protected]

I'm already brimming with ideas for our next circle.

I'm on retreat in Glastonbury and had to pop into Ian & Paula's new store - The House of Gaia, fantastic store with a vibe that fits right in at the heart of Glastonbury.

I got a fantastic Quartz crystal which I can't wait to start working with, I'm so grateful for it.

Fantastic to have a catch up with both of you.
