Dear Friends

Edinburgh Tamil Sangam is seeking your valuable feedback regarding a proposed change to the format of our flagship programmes.

- At present, we provide lunch or dinner as part of our major celebrations, such as Tamil New Year and Deepavali. However, as an organization, we are finding it increasingly challenging to keep event costs low while continuing this format.
- We have also received suggestions from some of you to consider introducing food stalls operated by caterers. This approach would allow attendees to choose their preferred dishes and could help reduce the overall cost of attending the event.
- Moving from our traditional inclusive catering format to food stalls would represent a change in how we host these celebrations. Before making any decision, we would like to understand whether you would be happy to try this new format for the upcoming Tamil New Year celebration.
