A historical record of "Nasza Dolina", a Polish Folk Song & Dance group created by a core of people with Polish heritage with the aim to perform concerts to an ageing Polish post-war community, many of whom had never returned to their homeland. Our costumes were all hand-made by our group members and represented regions around Poland namely: Spisz, Lublin, Kujawy, Slask & Nowy Sacz. Other costumes

were borrowed from our friends at Ojczyzna Polish Song & Dance Ensemble.On Sunday 12th June 2016, Nasza Dolina performed one final time in a joint performance with Vladislavia in Wodzisław Śląski. There, we donated our whole costume collection to Vladislavia for them to continue their wonderful work in show-casing & maintaining Polish folk culture to members and audiences of all ages.
