Yesterday was the H**e Society’s 40th anniversary AGM and this was the first AGM weekend celebrated in . A really enjoyable meeting with members coming from across the UK and even !

To better recognise the full range of interest of the society and members we voted to change the name of the society to The H**e & New Zealand Plant Society.

With visits to and it was a great and filled weekend.

Our Chairman Steve Harding (left) stepped down after 10 years at the helm and handed over to Nigel Hutchinson (right) (who holds an National Collection of **e) as new Chairman.

We also officially launched our new website www.h**esociety.org
