Huge thank you to Debbie Ann Davies and everyone at Musselburgh Golf Club for their recent donation to Hollies.

We so much appreciate the benevolence of all who contributed and this will help us buy our new computer and printer which we desperately need.

Help Shape the Future of The Hollies

Could you help write the next chapter of one of East Lothian's most valued community charities?
For over 62 years, The Hollies has been a lifeline for older people across Musselburgh and surrounding areas, helping to tackle loneliness and social isolation while providing warmth, friendship, nutritious meals and practical support to those who need it most.
Today, we're entering an exciting new chapter.
We have ambitious plans to build on our proud history, strengthen our long-term sustainability and expand the services we provide to our community.
We're now looking to appoint 3–4 new Trustees who share our passion for making a difference.

Huge thank you to Tom, Brandon, Brodie and Reuben from 1st Musselburgh Scouts who handed a wonderful donation into Hollies today. Accepting the cheque is our Volunteer and Board member Kenny McKenzie.

The Scouts chose Hollies as part of a fundraising event whereby they completed 6416,425 steps or approx. 2,262 miles! What an amazing achievement 👏

Here are just a small selection of delicious homemade meals we had on offer at Hollies this week. Delicious lamb shanks made by our Friday Cook Andy went down a treat in both cafe and Lunch Club. On Wednesday Liz made her popular homemade Steak Pie which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! Cheapest prices on the High Street! Also Lunch Club meals are subsidised further plus we offer a free transport service to and from the Hub. Lovely meals and chance to meet new friends at the same time!
See you all next week for more culinary treats!
