Friends Of Dymchurch Rec

Friends Of Dymchurch Rec Friends of Dymchurch Rec are raising funds to rebuild the pavilion at Dymchurch Recreation Ground.

Every event we run and every sale in our volunteer-run charity shop brings us closer to rebuilding this space for everyone to enjoy. Recently, Dymchurch Parish Council have been exploring possible development sites in our village, including the Dymchurch Recreation ground. The grounds were sold to the parish council by local residents with the sole intention of it being used for recreational purpo

ses. A number of concerned village residents have formed a commuity group 'Friends of Dymchurch Rec' to;

*Preserve; the green space for recreational use (for future generations)

*Promote; the use of the grounds and its facilitties for the whole community

*Improve; amenities and equiptment.
