*Village Residents Meeting - Wednesday 24th June. Broadband Plans & Our Village Landscape.*

Wessex Internet is bringing Gigabit‑speed broadband to our village through the Government’s Gigabit Project. While this could provide faster, more reliable internet, it also raises important concerns about the visual impact on our village. Proposed impacts include:

• Installation of new telegraph poles
• Additional overhead cables
• Changes to the appearance of our rural landscape.

This meeting is an opportunity to understand the proposed plans and ask questions.

We are very lucky to be able to offer our main hall as well as our meeting room for regular bookings.

The smell of jacket potatoes have filled the hall and the first slow cooker has been plugged in.

Band are setting up and the tables are set.

Doors open at 7pm for our Spring Supper and Sounds Evening event.
