🎉 2 Years of Send in the Dad's 🎉
Two years ago today, Send in the Dad's was created with one simple but important goal: to give male carers of children with SEND a safe, understanding space where they could connect with others who truly get it.
Over the past two years, we've built a supportive private community where dads and male carers can offload, share experiences without judgement, ask for advice, and know they're never facing the journey alone. Alongside this, we've brought people together through social events, giving members the chance to meet others who understand the highs, the lows, and everything in between that comes with raising a child with additional needs.
We would also like to say a huge thank you to Point North for their funding and support, which has enabled us to provide these valuable events and continue bringing our community together.
We are incredibly proud of how far the group has come and grateful to every single person who has been part of the journey.
