That’s a wrap for our Summer Holiday program!

A short week to finish off what has been a fantastic 5 week summer program for our amazing Adults, Transitions and Juniors groups.

We hope everyone has had a fab time doing lots of fun and interesting onsite & offsite activities over the last few weeks and we look forward to resuming our regular schedule of weekly clubs and activities in September 🙌 ☀️

A massive thank you to Barry and Gary who , went on an amazing Edinburgh-Birtley in one day 154 mile bike ride to raise much needed funds for cheesys waffles project .
The legends raised an incredible amount which will make a massive difference

It’s been another busy week with lots of adventure at Cheesy Waffles Project! 🥾

Our Juniors, Transitions and Adults members have been up to various activities in week 4 of our summer holiday program.

We’ve made the most of the sun with trips to Preston Park, Seaham 🌊 and a countryside adventure day for our adults at Lanchester, Hedleyhope Fell, Wolsingham, Tunstall Reservoir & Demesne Mill ☀️🛘

Men’s Sleep Over at the Skills House ☀️💤

We had a fantastic couple of days with our men’s group last weekend who enjoyed staying over at our Skills House and got up to lots of different activities

A sunny day out in Redcar with sea swimming, ice creams and a fancy Italian meal then off to a party on the Saturday night and a chilled Sunday at the shops 🌊 🥳

Ladies Sleep Over 💖

Our lovely ladies had a wonderful time staying over at our Skills House last weekend with lots of fun and chilling out

Shopping, local pub, cafe, pamper night and day out to sunny Redcar. Everyone had a great time!

Another fun week of activities for our Juniors and Transitions members!

We’ve been up to all sorts of different onsite and offsite activities from fun games and learning to trips out and other adventures 😎

Adventure Weekend day 1! Our transitions group have had a fantastic day at Weardale Adventure Centre 🧗🛶

We started the day with some Padel Boarding fun then a well deserved lunch followed by some wild rock climbing.

Thanks to DABGC for making this possible

We then stopped off in Stanhope and Wolsingham for a nature walk, picnic, ice cream and look about 🤠

Then back to the Skills House for tea chill and sleepover time
