Check out our golden oldies SSDR Lila and Loki the 10-year-old Huskies who are now looking for their forever home 🏡.

Lila and Loki are a super friendly duo who love adventuring on walks and keeping their human company throughout the day.

They are both great travellers and LOVE to go camping. Loki can be a little shy initially, especially in busy or loud environments whereas Lila doesn't mind the hustle and bustle.

Lila and Loki are good with calm, relaxed dogs, not good with cats and good with older children (due to Loki being a little nervous).

Lila can sometimes toilet if she doesn't have access to the outside but what older girl doesn't have an accident from time to time.

Take a look at 2-year-old Loki the Siberian Husky who is currently looking for a foster home with us.

Loki is a funny, silly boy that loves his walkies and being goofy with his family. He would be amazing in an active home looking for a companion to take on adventures.

He is super clever and can even do tricks. Loki has never lived with another dog, or socialised outside the home so we are looking for a placement which can either keep separate to do slow introductions or be an only dog.

Loki is great with older children, but isn't cat tested.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED UK-WIDE!!

We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our volunteer team across the UK!

Whether you have a little or a lot of time, every bit of help makes a BIG difference in finding sled dogs their forever homes. 🐾

Here are the areas where we need your help:

💰 Fundraising and Educating – We’re looking for individuals who love to get out there, spread the word, and help raise vital funds to support vet bills and rescue costs.

🏠 Homechecks and Dog Assessments – Get hands-on with our rescue and rehoming process by being our eyes and ears! We’re looking for confident volunteers who can help assess potential homes for sled dogs, as well as experienced dog handlers to assess dogs needing OUR help.

🚗 Transporters – As we work UK-wide, we need volunteers who enjoy being on the road and can help transport foster dogs into care or to their forever homes.

🗂️ Coordinators – Our volunteer teams are managed by amazing coordinators who dedicate their free time to supporting specific areas. This includes helping dogs move into foster care or forever homes, managing foster dogs in their area (including liaising with vets), organising fundraisers, and planning events. If you have some extra time and the skills to take on this rewarding and busy role — we NEED YOU!

If you love the idea of volunteering but don’t have experience, don’t worry — we’ll provide full training, and you’ll have the opportunity to shadow fellow volunteers.

🚨 Urgent Foster Appeal 🚨

We are urgently seeking a foster home for 3-year-old Nova (white female) and 2.5-year-old Takotna (grey and white male).

As of last week the owner moved out of their rented accommodation and left the dogs behind with a visitor feeding and watering them.

They are currently living in poor conditions outside, living and sleeping in their own feaces.

They are in need of a placement where they will give them time to settle down and will be able to help rehabilitate them back into a home environment.

We would prefer them to go together, however they can be separated if needed.

Nova and Takotna are people friendly, very excitable and will jump up. They are not cat or child tested, not tested in the home or with other dogs.

Bruno is nearly 1-years-old and will be looking for his forever home soon as he has healed. He is the BEST boy, still a little nervous in new situations but is confidence is growing daily.

Nyla is a fun loving, energetic girl looking for an active home to join her on her next big adventure 🗺️

She is looking for a pet free, adult only home who has breed experience. Despite being an angel MOST of the time she does have moments where she will guard her possessions.

Nyla doesn't mind socialising with male dogs out on walks but will guard water bowls against them.

She is house and crate trained, great in the car and doesn't mind being left for me periods of time on her own.

Who can offer Cody the 9-year-old Malamute a foster home?

Cody is a friendly boy looking for an adult only, pet free foster home. He is an active boy who loves his walks and is very well mannered.

He does socialise with dogs out on walks but will guard food, treats or water bowls so cannot share.

Cody is house trained and would make a great addition to any quieter household.

Hunter has been in a foster home for 6-months now and is looking for his forever family. He is looking for a pet free, adult only home with understanding of guarding behaviours and can manage this inside and outside the home.
