Little Lights Baby & Toddler Group Durham Little Lights is a Baby and Toddler Group which meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at St Giles Church, Gilesgate, Durham.

Little Lights meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We welcome all families, or children with carers, irrespective of faith, to enjoy the opportunity to play and chat together. We provide a comfortable space and a wide range of toys for children to enjoy within our beautiful 12th Century church. Each session also includes time for singing songs and listening to a story together. The sessions are supervised by fully trained and qualified DBS checked staff who are also members of the local church community and parents themselves. Little Lights was founded in 2007 as an expression of the church’s commitment to everyone in the community. We value every child and parent or carer equally and seek to create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. For further information, please see the latest posts on our page. There is no charge for attending one of our sessions, but donations to St Giles Church are very welcome and will help to support Little Lights. Morning all, I'm afraid Little lights is cancelled tomorrow, just while we continue to check on the building.

Little lights should resume as normal on Thursday. But I will message if we need to remain shut.

Hi all, tomorrow is the first of two Easter Parties! 🎉 ✝️🥚
There will be 2 crafts, hot cross buns and an Easter Egg hunt!

The second party will be on Tuesday, and this will be our last one before the Easter Holidays!

Little lights is back on and hurray for March. We will hopefully have some sunnier and warmer days now.

Sorry for the late notice but Little Lights will be CANCELLED THIS WEEK due to chicken pox. We are also closed next week for half term.
