💚 World Mental Health Day – 10 October
Today we’re reminding our community that it’s okay not to be okay.
Mental health matters for children, young people, adults, families and carers — everyone.

💚 Be kind to yourself
💬 Talk to someone you trust
✨ Do something that makes you happy
🤝 Look out for each other

We celebrate different thoughts, feelings and strengths — because everyone belongs here.
Together, we create a kinder, brighter world for everyone’s mental health.
Stronger Together.
