** Update for tenants **

We're being affected by a large IT problem, and as part of this, our Customer Service Team is currently unable to take calls.

Our IT Team is working hard to fix this as soon as possible, but in the meantime we will only be able to take calls for emergency repairs to our out of hours number, 08000 324 888.

You can still contact us at [email protected] for general queries, or [email protected] to report a non-emergency repair.

That you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

When your benefit entitlement letters arrive you should check that the amount you are to receive has not reduced.
