Hi everyone,
It is with very heavy hearts that we must announce that as of today, Feeling Strong is permanently closed and entering insolvency. We would like to stress that this is entirely due to financial reasons and not the fault of any of our young people, volunteers, partners or staff.
We have been working hard to tell all of our young people directly, either in person or through email, but we know that this may be the first some of you are hearing about this and we are sorry for the shock it may cause.
We have put together a support pack with signposting for different services across Dundee. This includes mental health services similar to Feeling Strong; hobby groups and clubs with activities similar to our hub nights; and resources for self-care. Please visit this Google Doc Link for more information and contact details for these services:

We are immensely proud to have served for the last eight years as Dundee's Youth Mental Health Charity. From playing Trombone Champ to our Champions programme; from learning to mountain bike to presenting our Mental Health Manifesto to the Scottish Parliament; from designing shoes to crafting new recipes; the most important ingredient at Feeling Strong was always our young people. Your humour, intelligence, thoughtfulness and enthusiasm is what made Feeling Strong a community, and all the staff want to thank you for making this the best job in the world. To our volunteers as well, thank you for your time, your determination, your professionalism and your compassion; we could never have done any of this without you.
And so we say goodbye for the last time from Andrew, Bethany, Brogan, Emma, Errin, Kai and of course Squawk, the Worry Monster, Magnus and our employee of the month, Reginald.
Stay Strong. 💪 💜
