We’re looking for a compassionate, approachable and motivated Family Support Worker to support parents and carers across Dundee & Angus.
⏰ 25 hours per week

Our Family Support Workers are at the heart of what we do – providing a listening ear, emotional and practical support, information, guidance and advocacy to parents and carers when they need it.
We’re looking for someone who can build trusting relationships with families, understands the challenges they may face and, most importantly, shares our belief that no parent or carer should feel they have to navigate things alone.

🚨 NEW DATES COMING UP 🚨
Because parenting isn't always picture perfect... ❤️
Some days are wonderful, some days are exhausting. Most days are a mixture of both.
If you're parenting a child or young person with additional support needs, it can sometimes feel like you're carrying worries that nobody else really understands.
Unfiltered Parenting is a safe, welcoming space where you can leave the pressure to "have it all together" at the door.

Over five relaxed weekly sessions we'll talk honestly about the realities of parenting, explore difficult emotions, relationships, expectations and managing stress, while connecting with other parents who simply get it.

Parents who've attended previously have told us things like:
💬 "I wish we'd done this years ago."
💬 "It definitely helps to know we are not alone."
💬 "I was finally able to speak about situations I'd been keeping to myself."

It doesn't matter how far along this journey you are. If you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or simply want to meet other parents who understand, we'd love to welcome you.
