Dundee Play Rangers

Dundee Play Rangers Dundee Play Rangers provide free outdoor play sessions in the community for children and young people. Please dress for the weather conditions

A partnership between Aberlour and Leisure & Culture Dundee, the Dundee Play Ranger Project has operated in the Stobswell and Menzieshill areas. Now we will be in the North East and East End areas of the city. Through funding from Inspiring Scotland, the Play Ranger Project will encourage free play in outdoor community settings for local children and families, encouraging to them to get active out

in their local community, as well as linking with local schools and groups to involve them in outdoor play. Play is an essential part of every child's life and is vital for the enjoyment of childhood as well as social, emotional, intellectual and physical development. Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult, or only left unattended if they would normally play out without parental supervision. Play Rangers are not childcare providers and are not responsible for any unsupervised children.
