Not sure where to start on this one 🤯

We told you we had something BIG cooking in the background… and this one is genuinely massive. 🌼

Over the last few years, our guys have travelled around the UK to Liverpool, Cardiff and Ballymoney for the PSF / Daisy Fresh experience whenever and wherever they came — and every single time, we’ve come away saying the same thing: game changing.

Now, instead of us travelling to him…

HEATH PEDIGO IS COMING TO DORSET. 🔥🌊

For a little non-profit club tucked away in our corner of the South West, having the head of our affiliation walk through the doors of Fresh Wave is huge. This is easily one of the biggest moments in the club’s journey so far, and an opportunity we genuinely never thought we’d be able to bring this close to home.

And although we’re advertising the main event as the Heath Pedigo Seminar on 12th November, those attending are getting much more than just a couple of hours on the mat. Heath will also be joining us for our No-Gi session on Wednesday the 11th, giving our members an incredible opportunity to spend proper time learning from one of the most respected coaches in the sport.

For us, this is about more than just hosting a big-name seminar. Heath is the head of the team we proudly represent, and we want to show up, show out, pack the room and show him exactly what Fresh Wave is all about — the atmosphere, the community and the group of people we’ve built here in Dorset. 🌊

We hope you’re as gassed about this as we are, because this is going to be a very, very special few days.

🌊 THE NEXT WAVE STARTS HERE 🌊

What a start to the Fresh Wave Kids programme! 🤙🏼

The kids absolutely smashed their first session today — loads of energy, plenty of laughs and, most importantly, a brilliant introduction to Jiu Jitsu.

A huge thank you to who is leading the programme for us. A lifelong educator and coach, we’re incredibly lucky to have your experience, passion and commitment going into coaching the younglings of Fresh Wave. 🌼🌊

And now… we’re going weekly.
