Devon is full of stunning locations.. only about 7 miles from the centre of Exeter city is this beautiful place.. steeped in history and very well maintained.. we were there to clear one of the flats as the tenant had moved out and “ forgotten “ some of their rubbish.. we cleared it and gave the landlord an empty flat ready for the next tenants..
all in a day’s work.. but worth sharing with you..
If you need similar jobs done.. just message or call me..

Well.. here’s a puzzle for you to solve.. the picture below shows the view from my “ office “ window this morning on the Devon / Cornwall border… another clue.. the site was going to be 33 new homes with one refurnished one.. usual social housing percentage included but to date there are only 11 units built ( interestingly NO social units are anything other than 8 concrete pads..!! No surprise there..!! ) not a single one sold and the builders went bust 3 years ago..!!
Bank now owns the site.
Our job was to clear each unit of loose combustibles..
I would imagine that the locals are hugely frustrated that so many houses are still empty in an area where local housing need is high or very high…
So my question is.. where was I.,?
Answer to be confirmed tomorrow..
