Charges are:

Basic hire of the Hall including use of the kitchenette (which has no cooking facilities) - £7 per hour. Enhanced hire of the Hall including use of the fully equipped kitchen (catering amenities for up to 80 people) -
a fixed charge of £15.00 for use of the kitchen plus £7 per hour for the Hall.
