๐Ÿค”DID YOU GET OUR EMAIL?๐Ÿค”

We've been having some issues with our emails lately and they seem to be showing up in people's junk folder.

So we've sent a wee email to test it out.

We have hopefully resolved the issue on our side but here are a few things you can do to help us out:
- Make sure you save our email address "[email protected]" in your contacts.
- Reply to our email with a message or a wee emoji to let us know you've recieved it. This also let's your email provider know that you wanted to recieve our emails.

If you have any issues or questions, please feel free to get in touch via email or give us a call on 028 7126 6291.

Thank you for your help! ๐Ÿ˜

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธJOIN US FOR UNIT TWO!๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

We would like to invite you to attend the second unit in Module 1: "Personal Effectiveness in Communication" of our Women's ReconciliNation Project on Monday 15th June.

๐Ÿ“… When: Monday 15th June, 1pm - 3pm
๐Ÿ“ Where: FWIN HQ

This first module will be in person, with the option of completing future modules online, or in person. It is free to attend, with refreshments provided. If you missed the first session, you can still attend Unit 2.

In this first module, we will look at one of the most important skills for success in all areas of life, including work, family, and community relationships.

Whether you are applying for a job, working as part of a team, resolving a disagreement, or building stronger personal connections, your ability to communicate clearly and effectively can have a significant impact on your success.

Good communication helps people understand one another, build trust, and work together more effectively. When communication breaks down, misunderstandings can occur, often leading to conflict, stress, and difficult situations.

Developing strong communication skills can help you express yourself confidently, listen actively, and respond appropriately in a wide range of situations.

This module will help you:
- Recognise the role of verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Demonstrate active listening skills and effective communication techniques.
- Identify common barriers to communication and apply strategies to overcome them.
- Reflect on your own communication strengths and areas for development.

If you're interested in taking part, just come along to the session on Monday and we can help you register, or you can register ahead of time here: https://airtable.com/appt4ntOd454PJtzG/pagHRteUxd4iz6FlK/form

If you have any questions or need more information about the programme, please contact Janey by calling 028 7126 6291 or email [email protected]

๐Ÿ’Œ YOU'VE GOT MAIL! ๐Ÿ’Œ

We've been busy printing, packing, and posting your newsletters today! ๐Ÿ˜„

Members who get a postal copy shall receive it in the next few days. As for our email members, you will have to wait until Friday!

Did you know about 20% of our members receive a copy of the monthly newsletter via post? For some, they just love to receive some good old fashioned snail mail, but for others, it's the more accessible choice. We will always do what we can to accommodate our members' needs so they get the most out of the services we provide! ๐Ÿ’—

So can you guess how many envelopes are in this picture? Don't forget there's some in the FWIN tote bag too! ๐Ÿ‘€
