NEW classes opening at Deepcut Village Centre in January 2026!

Two Fitness Pilates courses and one Dancercise class are opening early in January 2026! Why not join me to get your New year off to a great start??

I am starting two four week Fitness Pilates courses. The Wednesday morning class is standing and chair based. Ideal for those who find getting down to the floor difficult. The Thursday night class is for all, shin for men and women, primarily aimed over 40's, but everyone is welcome! This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate exercisers.

The Dancercise class on a Tuesday night is a fun and easy to do class comprised of lots of different styles of dance. Including aerobics, Zumba, Fit steps, Salsa, line dancing and more. All are welcome - even those with two left feet!!

I have been a health & fitness professional for over 20 years and am passionate about helping people to improve their health and fitness whilst having fun and keeping safe whilst doing so. We have a great social life and everyone is very friendly and inclusive.
