Last month we enjoyed the AbPhab summer disco at Dagenham & Redbridge FC Ab Phab Youth Club

Our youth club session were held every Friday through the summer.
Providing a safe place for our young people to met, relax and meet there friends and make new memories.
We play a variety of indoor 🏏 cricket, 🎱 pool, 🏓 table tenis, music 🎵, YouTube room, art and more.
Between September and Christmas we shall be at the Vibe just once a month on the last Friday of the month. 6.00pm-8.00pm

As part of The Change Foundation & One Place East employability program some of our Seniors & Volunteers got the chance to get very wet and have a massive adrenaline rush of white water rafting in Lee Valley.
Big thank you to Ryan & James from change foundation for organising this day & taking loads of great photos.
Also to Jodie & to Margaret from One Place east who drove us and also took lots of great photos.
We loved the day !!!!

In Mid August our Seniors & Volunteers who are part of The Change Foundation & One Place East employability program got to go 50 floors up in city of London to the summer ball.
Obviously we had a great time…….. dancing
💃 🕺 eating, drinking 🍷 & making new friends & enjoying the spectacular views. One Place East

Throughout the very hot month of July & all of August our “I CAN run 🏃‍♂️ club” evolved into some great cricket 🏏 sessions over Goodmayes Park.
It had been too this summer to run, so we played some cricket instead which has been great fun.
We shall continue the cricket through September while the weather 🌦️ is still warm and sunny 🌞 and return to “I CAN run club” in October 2026.

Our football ⚽️ session at LU Bobby Moore sports hub in Parsloes Park, went from strength to strength through all of August.
We had a drop of the The summer as lots of our Young People enjoyed family holidays.
We hope to be back up to full strength coming into September with over 20 Players.

Yesterday we got to perform our award winning original anti bully song 🎵 “Better Person” at the disability festival in the park in Wanstead.
& Charlie got to perform solo to…. He was definitely enjoying himself and having the best day ever !!! Thank you to everyone who turned up & cheered & supported our songs.
