"Who has been eating our chard", clucked Gertrude as she foraged through their vegetable patch.

Stacey was not amused. They looked under the lettuce but could find no one hiding. Henrietta and Harriette looked between the tomatoes whilst Plantastic and Katie searched between the grass.

Suddenly, Cue and Gerkin slid on the path and clucked excitedly as they realised that the slimy trail they slid upon...could lead to the culprits. (Continued in the comments).

I searched everywhere for Grace. I could smell a beautiful stew cooking in the neighbourhood. I thought she was chicknapped'.

Only to find that she had inherited her crown just above her quiff.

What a relief!

His & Hers Taste test curtesy of Grace & Stacy. How eggciting!

Grace joined the laying club last week.

Although Grace is my chick...I have to be honest and confess that Stacey's yolk was no joke.

Probably a few weeks more maturity and Grace will catch up.

He could not decide between the two. Bless him!
