Donate goods responsibly
Leaving charity shop donations outside closed shops is fly‑tipping - it’s illegal and could land you with a £500 fine or even prosecution.
Even if you mean well, items left outside often get damaged, stolen, or ruined by the weather - costing charities money to dispose of instead of helping their cause.
✅ Please only donate when the shop is open
✅ Hand items directly to staff
✅ If the shop is closed, take them home or use a proper recycling bank
