Randomz is a new Social Enterprise that uses the design, manufacture, recycling and up-cycling of random Products and the delivery of Services and Social & Environmental Programmes in unique ways to help Young People move towards, seek or gain employment, or create their own enterprises. Randomz focuses directly on developing the Young Person making them more resilient, confident and self-reliant-
all essential qualities when seeking employment or developing a business. Operating from the 'Randomz Skills, Employability and Enterprise Facility' in Torfaen, South Wales, we provide Young People with a practical opportunity to be proactively involved in the everyday business of running and developing a Social Enterprise, their Social Enterprise. This enables them to learn and experience first-hand what it is like to be an employee and/or an entrepreneur. CCYP has over 12 years' experience in supporting the most disadvantaged Young People in Torfaen. Randomz and CCYP already work in Partnership with a wide variety of Educational Establishments and Professional Organisations specialising in Youth Employment and Enterprise Development. Randomz operates a socially responsible business designed specifically as a force for social change. Our guiding business principles are founded on transparency, sustainability and responsibility. We also act as a source of information on Youth Employment providing advice and information to Public, Private, Social and Government bodies.
