The RCN's 'Know Your Worth' stand at Worthing Hospital was very busy today (theatre nursing staff pictured here with RCN staff and reps), and the team also visited wards across the hospital to talk to nurses about job evaluation.

Nurses told us they are ready to push through change and are determined to make sure the skills and expertise they use every day are recognised in their banding.
