When I think about inclusion, I think about understanding, not fixing.
I’m proud to lead 4SEND CIC alongside a brilliant team, using lived experience as a foundation for everything we do.
As a neurodivergent parent of four, I’ve seen first hand how powerful it is when families, schools, and professionals come together with empathy and curiosity.
That’s what 4SEND is about building understanding, creating connection, and helping every person feel safe, seen, and understood.
