Our Story
Established in 2016, Croydon Works is a free to use recruitment service and job brokerage - working in partnership with Job Centre Plus, Croydon College and Croydon Council.
We are dedicated to supporting the residents of Croydon in to sustainable employment, working closely with a number of partners to provide a wide range of pathways. Our service is aimed at working with businesses in and around the Croydon area who are looking to find skilled, experienced and local candidates.
In the short time our service has been running, we have assisted over 900 candidates into work or training.
