Our Building Safety Panel had a great visit to the Byker Wall yesterday!

They had a tour and a talk from contractors Harmony Fire, who are currently fitting a sprinkler system throughout Byker Crescent as part of our on going building safety works.

The Harmony team gave the panel an overview of the works, how they have been fitted and the impact this has had and will have on customers moving forward.

We regularly organise visits for our Building Safety Panel, including to the fire station and to meet some of our contractors.

The panel is a great way to have your say about your home, and understand more about the work we're doing to keep it safe.
