Mindfulness helps us to reconnect to the simplicity of presence within our busy lives. We learn to become more aware of our bodies, thoughts and feelings moment by moment, making friends with our experience. This new way of relating to what is going on for us brings a sense of ease and resilience even amidst difficulties. At Gwynedd Mindfulness we aim to provide a variety of courses for the genera

l public in both group and individual contexts. Our wish is that mindfulness becomes more accessible for the community as a whole. The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course is suitable for most people and a very good way of learning the essential tools to start making changes in your life. The Breathworks Mindfulness for Health programme is especially tailored for people with on-going physical health issues such a pain or fatigue. Mindfulness enables us to build a new way of relating to long term pain and illness which can result in greater well-being. Mindful Self Compassion goes deeper into the skills of making friends with ourselves enabling us to find more wholeness and connectedness in ourselves and our relationships with others.
