Crawley Environment Action exists to safeguard and enhance the natural environment in and around Crawley for the benefit of every living thing.
The aims of the Crawley Environmental Action Group will be to:
take specific positive action on the ecological crisis and climate emergency.
improve the ecology of our local environment and help ourselves and the wider community to achieve a more sustainable and regenerative lifestyle.
The group will achieve these aims by:
Engaging in green projects.
Fundraise for our activities and running costs.
Reach out to the community by holding information and activity events.
Provide information to,and support other local groups, residents and businesses with their own green initiatives.
Encourage positive attitudes and activities in the community relating to all environmental sustainability matters including waste reduction, encouragement of wildlife and reduction of pollution.
