The ABCAN Seed Fund is now open
The Argyll & Bute Climate Action Network (ABCAN) is supporting communities across Argyll & Bute to take action on climate change through seed funding.
Grants of £50 – £1,000 are available for community groups and organisations with ideas that support local climate action.
Funding can support projects that help to:
• Raise awareness and understanding of climate change
• Build partnerships between community groups
• Create new ways for communities to take action
• Strengthen local voices in climate conversations
• Support a fairer and more sustainable future
Climate change affects communities across Argyll & Bute in many different ways - from transport challenges and extreme weather impacts to protecting the places we live.
ABCAN aims to support community-led ideas that create practical, local solutions.
Applications are welcome from:
✔ Community groups
✔ Community councils
✔ Trusts
✔ Charities
✔ Community Interest Companies
