The Residents Meeting has been rearranged for this Thursday. We will be discussing what would you like to see from the money received by our local MP Taiwo Owatemi to feed back to her. This meeting will only be 50 mins long and is open to all residents in Tile Hill. PLEASE NOTE Ms Owatemi's team are in the process of putting together a larger event for residents to attend in the future but this is the tiny steps to a better future for our area.

Due to unforeseen circumstances tomorrow's meeting has been postponed until next week.

Please note the Tile Hill Community Partnership is completely apolitical. We have no Councillors or potential Councillors on our Board, despite what people have heard or are saying. We work for the Community and will work with any politician from any political party if we believe it is in the best interests of our community, but do not support any candidate over another.

The Tile Hill Community Partnership is deeply concerned to hear that several long‑standing businesses in the Jardine Crescent shopping area are either closing or in danger of closing. These shops have been part of our community for decades, and their loss would have a significant impact on local residents and traders.
We understand from conversations that a combination of landlord pressures and the ongoing maintenance work on the flats above is making it extremely difficult for them to continue operating. It’s heartbreaking to hear that several Tile Hill traders are struggling right now.
These aren’t just shops — they’re people, livelihoods, and memories. Let’s make sure their challenges are heard and that support is pushed for where it’s needed.
The Partnership has contacted our local MP Taiwo Owatemi and requested that she look urgently into this matter. We will continue to listen to traders and residents, and we will share updates as soon as we have them.
