💙 MEN’S CHAT & WALK 💙

I’m thinking of putting together a men’s mental health chat and walk for anyone who might fancy getting out, having a bit of fresh air and a chat.

No pressure, no judgement and no need to talk about anything you don’t want to. Sometimes just getting out and walking with other people can make a difference.

🚶‍♂️ We’ll do a few laps around the Memorial Park, have a chat and hopefully make it a relaxed, supportive space for everyone.

If this is something you’d be interested in, drop me a message and let me know. It would be great to get a few of us together. 💙

You don’t have to struggle alone.

If you’re a guy who’s struggling and just needs someone to listen, you’re not alone. 💙

I’m planning a men’s mental health walk—a chance to get outside, have a chat, and support each other in a judgment-free space.

If you’d be interested in joining, simply like this post. If there’s enough interest, I’ll share the details soon.

It’s okay to talk. It’s okay to ask for help.
