For those that would willing smash things up and exploit this latest tragedy.....go and have a big think. 😒😡

Monday’s attack in North Belfast was horrific and our thoughts are with the victim and his family. People are understandably appalled, and are right to be upset and disturbed by such extreme violence in their community.

But what followed last night in both East and West Belfast was organised, targeted, racially motivated violence. Rioters set fire to the cars and homes of non-white residents, and smashed their windows with the explicit intention of intimidating any people of colour and driving them out of their own neighbourhoods.

This came after protests were widely promoted across far right communities online and amplified by figures like Nigel Farage and Elon Musk, and by Tommy Robinson, who cheered the crowds on from Moscow, where he is currently visiting. It’s the same playbook every time: co-opt the high emotions of local people to whip up hatred and vilify all people of migrant backgrounds.

Now that the suspect has been arrested it’s vital that the legal process is allowed to run its course. But there is no justification, none, for exploiting this tragedy to stir up hatred against any community. HOPE not hate stand in solidarity with the communities of Belfast who are dealing with the violence of the riots, which we sadly expect to continue today.

Er, Andy, it's the party YOU represent. Reform UK. George Finch has been the leader for over a year now. He apparently can't do his job because of Warwickshire County Council. So tonight is the monthly Planning Committee meeting at Rugby Borough Council. And, as is their right, Reform UK Rugby has a seat on said Committee having won three Cllrs at the local elections.

The person supposed to be on the Planning Committee is Cllr Kyle Stewart. Who's not there tonight and can't make it. Not only doesn't he make it tonight they don't even bother to send a substitute. So, the result is they have no-one on the panel when REALLY important desicions are being made.

Hey guys, if you are going to stand and then win election to RBC at least have the decency to show up to meetings eh? I feel sorry for people in Newbold and Brownsover. You should just quit if you can't do the role. Maybe the 'Powers That Be' prevented them from attending.......or maybe they're just bone idle. Vote Reform......get an absolute farce. 😞🤷😒🙄😡

Eternal shame on all those total arseholes who rioted last night in Southampton over the tragic murder of Henry Nowak. And f**k people like Farage, Zia, Tice, Robinson, Jenrick and George Finch who ALL tried to stir the pot against the Sikh Community calling for 'pure rage'. Specifically what his father TOLD them not to do yet the bloody numpties still went and did it!

Your 'pure rage' resulted in:

Homes and businesses being damaged

A peaceful neighbourhood being laid waste.

11 Police Officers and a Police Dog being injured in the riot.

These so-called 'patriots' giving N**i Salutes and shouting 'White Power' in the street.

This kind of action has no place in Southampton, Warwickshire or anywhere in this country. It is fundamentally un-British and those that seek to foster division have no place in our politics. Do one. 😡😡😡

Another day, another.......load of absolutely mad and nutty conspiracy theories about the way RBC works from Reform UK Cllr Glowacki.

Typical Reform playbook to cry exclusion and to play the victim when they're too stupid to realise that Mayor Making is apolitical so they can use it to put themselves over. Just because you say it isn't apolitical doesn't make it so. Take that 'facts'! 🙄😒

It looks also kinda like the deliberate targeting of a female Muslim Mayor as well which is shameful. Hey Andrew, if you feel that excluded from RBC and just don't like it, you could always quit eh? Just stand down if you don't want to participate. I'm also fairly that sure that accusing your own Council of corruption is against the Nolan Principles and The RBC Code of Conduct too btw.

Banging on about 'cancelled' local elections which then go ahead, you take gains in knowing you couldn't take the Council anyway....but you still p**s and moan like a small, spoilt child. We have an MP for the really big political issues. Hopefully, you'll never get near that either. You may have been elected but you are no Cllr. And that goes for your two other associates as well.
