Plough Angling Society The Plough Angling Society is a Coventry / Rugby based angling club with our stretch of river running between the villages of Ryton-on-Dunsmore and Wolston.

Founded in 1888 we are the oldest known angling club in the Coventry & Warwickshire area. The Plough Angling Society is a Coventry / Rugby based angling club. Our home water is a variable and feature rich stretch of the Warwickshire River Avon, home to some of anglers favourite species of fish such as Roach, Dace and Chub.
