Yesterday (13th September) was Positive Thinking Day 💛 so tonight with our young carers from Nuneaton, we spent some time talking about what positive thinking means and how we can focus on the things that empower us, even when life feels difficult.

We chatted about things that help us, something we’re proud of, and positive words we could share with a friend or fellow young carer 🫶

We also had lots of fun making bracelets, playing UNO and getting creative with arts and crafts 🎨 a lovely evening of positivity, creativity and connection 💛🐻
