Our Scouts attended the Sweden National Jamboree in Norra Assum, Kristianstad, Skane, along with over 17,000 participants from 30 plus countries. We arrived on Friday 24th July and spent the night at the Scout House in Svedala, they were to be our hosts for the duration of the Jamboree. Saturday 25th we all travelled to the Jamboree site. There was lots of activities to join in with along with a visit to the local beach. There was the opening ceremony and closing ceremony where everyone on site gathered for some entertainment. The King of Sweden attended the closing ceremony. Our Scouts made friends with our host members which will hopefully last a lifetime.
