Surrey district Summer camp 2026 has been packed with adventure, teamwork and plenty of laughs! Cadets got stuck into sailing,rowing ,paddling and power boating, building new skills and confidence on the water. 🚣🚤⛵️. But the real staff favourite? The legendary peg challenge—sneakily clipping pegs onto unsuspecting staff members without getting caught! (Staff have to have fun too right !!). A brilliant week of fun, friendship and just the right amount of mischief. Well done to all cadets who attended and enjoy the rest of your weekends relaxing as we sure hope this action packed week tired you out and you are ready for next year !!!!

Bravo Zulu to all our cadets who were presented with their boating qualifications on our final parade night before the Summer!
Awards included Supervised Coxswain, Competent Crew, the Junior Waterborne Badge, and a well-deserved promotion to Able Junior.

Congratulations to everyone on your hard work, commitment, and achievements. A fantastic way to round off before a Summer of Boating! Bravo Zulu all! ⚓👏

⚓️ What a fantastic weekend for our Junior Cadets from Caterham and Farnham!

They enjoyed sailing and kayaking taster sessions on Saturday before spending Sunday exploring Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

A huge thank you to all our Adult Volunteers and Instructors from both units for giving up their weekend to make it such a memorable experience for our cadets.
