So proud of Hannah, Lena and Ellen 🎶
Hopefully see you at Purbeck International Chamber Music Festival on Saturday to enjoy the masterclass and hopefully other festival concerts too …

🎻 Cello Masterclass with Natalie Clein

A rare chance to watch a world-class artist in teaching mode. Our Artistic Director, cellist Natalie Clein, will work with a group of talented young cellists — local young musicians and beyond — Hannah, Ellen, Lena, and Samuel — in a public masterclass, coaching technique, interpretation, and stage presence live in front of an audience.

They'll play repertoire including Elgar's Cello Concerto (1st movement) and Saint-Saëns' Allegro Appassionato, with pianist George Todică accompanying.
Franz Kraggerud will also play for Natalie.

Whether you're a music student, a teacher, a parent of a budding musician, or simply curious to see how great performers think about their craft, this is a wonderfully intimate way to experience PICMF beyond the concert hall.

The wonderful Purbeck International chamber Festival takes place next week and what a line up!
Within the festival on 5th Sept, 3 of our cellists are taking the Masterclass with Natalie Clein in a mega exciting afternoon!
Anyone is welcome!

A warm thank you to HK Law, proud sponsor of the Purbeck International Chamber Music Festival

We're delighted to welcome HK Law as a sponsor of this year's Purbeck International Chamber Music Festival. Partnerships like this — with businesses rooted right here in our local community — are what allow the festival to keep growing, and to keep bringing exceptional live music to venues across Purbeck.

Laura Staples, Head of Private Client at HK Law, said:

"We're pleased to be sponsoring the Purbeck International Chamber Music Festival this year. The festival brings an exceptional programme of music to our local communities, and supporting the arts and the cultural life of Dorset is something we're proud to do."

HK Law's support is helping bring this year's performances to Wareham, extending the festival's reach to audiences right across the local community — exactly the kind of partnership that helps PICMF thrive year after year.

Natalie Clein, Artistic Director of PICMF, said:

"Having HK Law on board as a sponsor means so much to us. Their support directly helps us bring performances to venues like Wareham, and it's partnerships like this that allow us to keep bringing world-class musicians to Purbeck and grow the festival year after year."
